Swedish Massage
The Swedish massage is the manipulation of the soft tissue, particularly the muscles, either with the hands or massaging equipment. It is used for relaxation, stimulation or rehabilitation of the whole body or a specific part. It promotes suppleness of the muscles, improves circulation and reduces stress.
75% of disease is thought to be caused by stress and massage may improve health by reducing stress. Massage improves blood circulation, aids digestion and waste removal and enhances neural communication. It also invigorates and relaxes muscles thus preventing spasms and stiffness, and it promotes cell regeneration.
Massage benefits the whole body, both physiologically and psychologically. The main affected body systems are blood, lymphatic system, skin, muscles and nerves. Depending on depth of pressure, the massage can be soothing or stimulating.
Introductory shock price 25 euro (30 minutes); 45 euro (55 minutes)
30 minutes lasts a partial body massage, e.g. massage of back and neck, or legs and arms
55 minutes lasts a full body massage that includes legs, back, neck, arms and face (optional) Book Swedish massage.
