Certainly the most efficient, healthy, safe and sustainable way of losing excessive body fat and achieving nicely toned muscles is through a well designed exercise program combined with healthy diet.
Besides the aesthetic effect of regular exercise on your body, it has other, even more important, effects on your overall health. It improves your cardiovascular capacity and it gets your heart, lungs and blood vessels in better condition, your muscles get smoother, stronger and healthier, and your joints become more flexible. Sweat and higher body temperatures cleanse your body and skin of toxins and therefore the skin looks healthier, smoother and becomes more elastic. When you are shedding excessive fat you are lowering the risk of heart disease by lowering your cholesterol level. ‘Happy hormones’ – endorphins – just flood your body and so your mind is healthier too. We want you to get actively involved and so one day you know what we know – you will progressively learn about your body and about fitness science, so one day you are autonomous and you can maintain your healthy, active lifestyle on your own.

Or you can book a one-to-one session and a personal trainer will meet with you for one hour to answer all your questions: teach you proper warm-up and cool-down techniques, check your workout routine, your exercise technique and select exercises that suit you best, etc.
12-weeks package with massage treatments – 366 euro (incl. 3 one-to-one sessions, 1 weekly massage of 30 minutes, and the preparation of a personalized workout plan)
